We charge $15.00 for each additional person, unless the document being notarised is a Travel Authorisation where the fee is $110.00 for both parents.

Additional Document – What if I have more than one document?

If you have more than one document that you are required to have Notarised (e.g copy of your passport as a true copy of the original), we charge $100.00 for the first document and $5.00 for each page additional page/document that requires the notary to sign and seal. For example, if you have (3) documents , the fee would be $100.00 for the first document and $5.00 for the (2) additional pages or documents (total $110.00 plus GST).

If we need to photocopy or print any document you provide to us. We charge a fee of $1.00 per page.

What is considered (1) document?

Examples of one document are: Birth Certificate; Contract for Sale; Marriage Certificate; Power of Attorney. A simple way to decide whether you have more than one document is to look at the title to the document. For example, if you have 5 pages and each page has a different title and each page requires the Notary to sign and seal that page, you have 5 separate documents.
